Sumayya and Aaron’s wedding was a beautiful celebration of their rich Asian and African cultures and individual personalities.

Sumayya and Aaron were drawn to the intimacy and privacy of Hedsor and were instantly charmed by the romantic stories entwined in the house’s history. They created a beautiful, bespoke celebration to complement both sides of their cultures.

The vibrant orange hues in their outfits and floristry added a personal and cultural touch to their day: the colour is prevalent in Ghanaian culture and matched the shade of Sumayya’s Mum’s saree during her Sri Lankan wedding.

The wedding was punctuated by two unforgettable moments. The first, when Aaron and his groomsmen made a grand entrance down the driveway, accompanied by smoke canons and a Rolls Royce. The second, a breathtaking performance by Sumayya and her bridesmaids, marking the grand finale of the night.
